Company Background
Labod is Slovenia’s leading cleaning service with over 175 years of tradition. While the brand is trusted and well-known, its service model hadn’t fully adapted to today’s digital expectations. Customers wanted easier booking, faster service, and better transparency, but Labod’s processes were still largely offline. Internally, managing orders, pricing, and operations across branches was complex and manual.

CHALLENGE
Labod relied heavily on walk-in visits, manual intake, and paper-based workflows. With no online booking, digital pricing, or automated notifications, customers lacked transparency and convenience. Branches operated differently, making operations inconsistent and hard to scale. As user expectations shifted to fast, mobile-first services, the existing setup could no longer keep up. The challenge was to transform a trusted, heritage-driven cleaning service into a modern digital platform that simplifies scheduling, improves operational flow, and delivers the seamless experience customers expect.

We designed and built a fully digital platform that streamlines the entire Labod experience - from booking to pickup. Customers can now schedule drop-offs online, browse transparent pricing, choose services, and receive automatic notifications when their items are ready. Each branch operates through a unified system that standardises intake, service categories, and order management. The platform includes a modern UI, mobile-first flows, and an integrated back-office for managing locations, pricing, and daily operations. The result is a fast, reliable, and intuitive service that brings Labod’s heritage into a fully digital era.
